Role - Head of Programme Management
Reporting to the organisations Director the main purpose of this role:
To be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the organisations Global Project Plan on a day-to-day basis. The jobholder is responsible for delivering all projects to time, cost, quality and agreed scope. Also responsible for defining the optimum plan for delivery of the initiatives and managing changes to the plan within a controlled framework as prioritised by business. On an ongoing basis ensuring adherence to the project management methodology and the introduction of improvements to enable the fast delivery of projects to give rapid business benefit. Will act as Relationship Manager to the business to act a the point person to proactively deal with issues, identify opportunities and ensure that the organisation and the business management are closely aligned going forwards. Is responsible for the organisations QA function and the testing of major changes to the various IT systems.
Essential Skills:
Hands on demonstrable experience of delivering major IT change programmes with good evidence of ecom deliver experience
Goal orientated & strong delivery/milestone focus
Experienced in full lifecycle project management implementation
Proven ability to manage a skilled multidisciplinary global team working across the various arms of the business.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To monitor the performance of the customer service team and to coach, motivate and mentor all staff to ensure all mail and resulting queries are handled effectively and efficiently to provide the business with maximum collections opportunities.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous line management experience is essential.
Previous experience in a back office environment is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service department is desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent or qualified by experience.
SKILLS:
Must be customer focused with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
To deal with issues in a logical and organised manner.
