The role
A very reactive role, managing an extensive portfolio of properties through out the North East and Tee-side. Typical duties will include:
* Outstanding rent
* Maintenance calls
* Any tenant issues
* Project Management- organisation of development of properties.
* New enquires for people wanting to sell their property.
* Speaking to investors who we manage properties for.
* Interacting with various clients, face to face and on the phone.
* Field sales with clients around properties
* Developing new business streams
* Preparing reports
* Preparing reports for weekly meetings with directors and district operations manager.
* Management of budgets
* Portfolio management
