You will champion the need for improvements year on year in driving down accidents, management of near misses and in improving the sites employers' liability claims performance. You will also support the delivery of the sites audit programme, working on a cross category basis as an auditor on other Business Unit sites. The successful candidate will preferably have experience working in a food based environment although this isn't essential, you will also have the ability and confidence to communicate with all internal employees.
