As an RMN you will be expected to be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans. Participate in a range of assessments as well as supervise a designated number of Health Care Assistants.
Bank Holidays are paid at double time and additional Hours are paid at time and a half. All care staff, both full and part time, are required to work a mixture of early, late, long day and night shifts over a seven
day week.
