Description
|
|
jjFOX is a young, rapidly expanding and very successful specialist recruitment company.
There are some important differences between joining jjFOX and joining another company.
Most, if not all organisations now claim to be people focussed and dedicated to the development of their staff. Whilst this will be true for each company, the levels to which each organisation commits to this vision is wildly different.
At jjFOX our commitment starts with our belief in how to build a successful business. A cornerstone of that belief, is in organic growth (exclusively recruiting trainees). The immediate thought for most is that we do this in order to mould our people into the jjFOX way and in order that they don't bring poor working practices from elsewhere. This is not correct.
Our approach is different and it works for one simple reason, every employee knows that if they are working hard and creating business opportunities, that they will be given the option to grow a team around them. Put another way, we will not employ a manager from elsewhere to become your new boss, when it was YOU that put the effort in to build the business to the point of needing a manager.
What do jjFOX get from this approach? Simply, a business with a dynamic and fast paced environment and people striving for advancement. It is the determination and success of these people that generates jjFOX's rate of growth.
If this position is of interest and you would like to apply submit your application.
