? Sensor performance (including Command System interface)
Although, some commercially developed decode programs are used in the reconstruction process, a crucial aspect of the work of the consultants will be the use and development of in-house programs to provide a responsive and flexible approach to emergent analysis tasking. A suite of Visual Basic programs have been developed in-house that support track reconstruction (and rectification), as well as sensor and TMA solution analysis. The operation of these programs is fundamental to the reconstruction and analysis process and the continued efficiency of operational analysis within the UWW Division.
The contractor will be required to work with and alongside Naval staff under the direction of both civilian and RN personnel.
Because of the nature of the work associated with this post, it is subject to all selected candidates being required to either currently hold or gain full DV clearance upon commencement of the role; candidates who already hold MOD SC Clearance will be considered.
