Marketing Actively market the client's services through project involvement, including contacting and visiting potential clients. Marketing activities would be co-ordinated through your Manager. Identifying new business opportunities, preparing submissions, arranging presentations. Participate in regular section meetings to discuss client issues, proposals, new opportunities and marketing strategies. Management Check job-costing results for projects handled. Ensure correctness prior to closing off for the month. Raise fee invoices with accounts staff for forwarding to clients. Participate in regular meetings as required to discuss management and financial issues. Complete time sheets in accordance with the client's policy. Quality Assurance Ensure the clients Quality System is implemented and maintained on projects. Ensure the highest standards of performance and conduct are maintained at all times. Training Provide on the job training to graduates and new staff. Identify areas where training may assist either individuals or the group. Take part in personal training as required.
