Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective management and supervision of all staff, whether seconded or directly employed or otherwise working for the business

Ensure detailed work programmes are in place, to ensure effective implementation, and that these reflect project managements requirements of the project

Duties & Responsibilities
NVQ Internal Verifier, Assessor:

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the assessment process allowing people to achieve a full NVQ L2 and/or L3 qualification in their relevant occupational sector. You will be required to co-ordinate the NVQ process and verify portfolios where you will have regular standardisation meetings to support the assessors through the NVQ process. This will involve regular meetings with the assessors to ensure best practice is followed and you will also be required to assess your own small case load of learners. Another aspect of the role is to liaise with EVs regarding quality assurance of the delivery process.
