Major Responsibilities / Duties:
•User Account creation / maintenance
•Perform routine network, server and backup checks across Group businesses

Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Demonstrate an understanding and application of claims negotiation, liability decision making and cost potential
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Key Skills:
