ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES – Organisation, coordination and prioritisation are all key traits essential to be a success in this role. As the Management Teams ‘go-to’ person you will take responsible for the co-ordination and administration management of a major client account and all associated packages of work. You will liaise directly with Senior Managers and Directors both internally and client side, as well as Project Managers and Site Civil Engineering Managers.
The successful Operations Co-Ordinator will play the lead role in the processing of change requests from the client and third party contractors, liaising with all project staff that the change would affect. You will maintain a tight control of all customer and project specific documentation, raising invoices and advise customers when project work is completed. As a proactive person with attention to detail you will be involved in evaluating potential new working practices, new technology to improve efficiency and identify actions to reduce costs associated with services
CANDIDATE – The successful Operations Co-Ordinator will ideally be educated to A Level standard ideally with strong Excel database skills and knowledge of reporting systems. The ideal candidate will require at least one years experience from within a Rail related Field service or Logistics environment, be diplomatic but persuasive and able to communicate at all levels.
LOCATION – Reigate, Redhill, Horley and surrounding areas
SALARY - The salary for the role will be £20,000 to £23,000 + excellent benefits package.
