Kent based World Class Precision Engineering Company is looking to fill the new role of 'Business Manager- Sales' to support the sales and commercial area of the business.
The Role: Business Manager - Sales
* You will be required to effectively manage the commercial team in the compilation of estimates and tenders.
* You will also manage the quotation process to ensure timely provision of quotations in line with the performance metrics
* Authorisation of tenders prior to submission.
* To co-ordinate and manage customer site visits in conjunction with the relevant Sales Manager.
* You will be required to represent the sales function within the business unit,
* Quotation reviews and contract review meetings
* Ensure that the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is managed correctly to ensure accurate forecast data is available and to provide the business with a monthly update.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
* A good understanding of precision engineering and commercial skills are essential.
* Ideally qualified to minimum HND Mechanical Engineering
* Experience within a similar role
* Knowledge of CNC machining preferable
