PURPOSE OF JOB
To improve and enforce current Health and Safety Policies.
To Ensure Pasta Reale meets the requirements of relevant legislation relating to Food Safety and Quality, Health and Safety, and Employment Laws.
To contribute to the development of the function to best industry standards and to work closely with all staff in setting Health and Safety standards and managing change, whilst achieving objectives and targets set by the operations Director.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
A breadth and depth of HandS knowledge
Experience from strategy to implementation, preferably within an manufacturing environment
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Must be computer literate (MS OFFICE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver the responsibilities set out in the HandS Policy and support others in delivering their responsibilities.
To develop and deliver the HandS plan, ensuring that integrated HandS systems and policies are in place which support continuous improvement
To provide professional support, information and advice in all HandS matters relating to the site
To work together with managers and supervisors in order to ensure that HandS systems, arrangements and practices are applied effectively, especially focusing on risk assessment support
To set up and manage the diary of HandS arrangements
To organise and attend safety meetings
To advise on a range of specialist areas eg. Fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery
To ensure that accident and incidents are reported and appropriately investigated with all actions followed up and completed
To support the preparation and delivery of HandS inductions, tool box talks and training
To keep records of inspections, accidents and related statistics, and provide regular and ad-hoc HandS reports and management information

Project Manager (Offshore Survey)
Based in Great Yarmouth
Salary up to GBP42k per annum
Project Manager
Predominantly office based and responsible for creation of commercial / technical proposals and monitoring of project performance and cost, as well as the direct control of specific offshore geotechnical / wire-line geophysical projects.
Responsibilities include preparation of commercial proposals, involvement in client negotiations and then, after contract award, daily management of the offshore projects including the financial tracking including reporting on status and performance, assisting the Commercial Manager to implement the company Project Management Development Programme; all ensuring delivery is safe, on budget, and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements. The position will report to the Commercial Manager.
The primary duty is to manage the project delivery team through entire life-cycle, from client enquiry to invoice, but with particular emphasis on the commercial aspects, by undertaking:
* Estimating work
* Writing of commercial and technical proposals
* Attending client meetings, including some overseas travel
* Collate and present commercial, technical and QHSE data
* Maintain project cost control data, and prepare invoicing information at project completion or appropriate intervals as required
* Providing technical, contractual and administrative support to the offshore project teams
* Prepare project plans, procedures and method statements
* Close communication with Operations Department to manage resources assigned to the project, during planning, execution and delivery, including post completion project review
* Attend and conduct project briefings, kick off meetings and HAZOP meetings with support of Operations, Commercial and QHSE Managers
* Daily Management of projects in line with Company policies, procedures and Client specifications
* Direct liaison with Clients throughout project execution to maintain contractual control and provide Client satisfaction
Requirements
* Experience within Geotechnical or Survey project activities, preferably within the offshore market or Project Management experience within the wider field of offshore or onshore construction support services
* Offshore Party Chief or Supervisory experience preferred
* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly "Excel", "Word" and "Project"
* Self motivated and disciplined to work within a team environment to tight schedules and budgets
* Good verbal and written communications skills
