We are currently recruiting for a highly profitable blue chip food manufacturing group with several sites in the UK.
Based on a continental shift pattern and reporting directly to the Site Manager the role will be to manager the entire maintenance and engineering function on site including PPM, Projects based work and full budgetary control for the department.
In addition to this you will also be involved in the development of the engineering team both professionally and personally.
The ideal candidate will therefore have experience of Managing and implementing a computerised Planned and Preventative Maintenance schedule, managing an engineering budget, developing individuals and working in conjunction with Production to ensure manufacturing targets are maintained and down time is minimised on a daily basis.
