Medical Information

1. Undertake a mentoring role, providing expert advice on products and Process to sales and marketing teams
2. Triage difficult enquires in designated areas of responsibility. Provide therapeutic area lead & pharmacist expert knowledge.
3. Ensure standard letters; and literature searches)/ FAQs are regularly reviewed and, if required, updated. Review every 6 months and earlier if new data become available.
4. Answer enquiries from customers and ensure that these are handled in a competent and timely manner, and appropriate responses (written or verbal) are provided.
5. Log enquiries onto database and process in accordance with SOPs.
6. Work with the Medical Information team to ensure a high quality service is provided in the UK in accordance with PIPA Guidelines and SOPs.
7. Conduct regular reviews of sources of product information such as MIMS, eMIMS, BNF to ensure entries on Movetis products are correct
8. Ensure such sources are updated with new information - SPC updates etc. Assist with ensuring EMC and IPHA website is kept up to date (as per SOPs).
9. Participate in any Medical Information projects including development of new systems, processes and standard operating procedures.

Copy Approval & Code Compliance (30%)

1. Undertake approval of promotional material in accordance with ABPI / IPHA Codes of practice. Attend relevant copy review meetings.
2. Act as signatory for UK items
3. Undertake approval of all promotional material in accordance with the companies Copy approval process & SOPs. Attend relevant copy review meetings.
4. Co-ordinate induction and ongoing training for sales and marketing personnel on ABPI (and IPHA) Codes of Practice and product training.
5. Work with the Sales Training managers to ensure compliance with sales training regulatory requirements.

Working as a Project Manager for client projects both in setup, maintenance and decommissioning stages of the project lifecycle you will be required to assist sales support efforts at bid defense meetings etc. The project manager serves as the primary customer contact and is the link between the customer and delivery team. · You will be responsible for overall project management and co-ordination and execution and of project deliverables.

· Responsible for ensuring compliance to CRFs Quality Management System (QMS), adequate planning and resourcing, budget oversight and forecasting.
· Develops the project and validation plan incorporating all the project deliverables.
o Attends Investigator Meetings as required, to provide overview presentations and hands on training to Investigators and Site Personnel as needed.
o Prepares and reviews weekly and monthly status reports.
o Reviews the project actual versus budget on a regular basis, identifies and creates Changes in Scope (CIS) as needed.
o Conducts internal and external project post mortem reviews as well as other reviews throughout the study lifecycle.
· International and National travel required as needed.

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industries
· Minimum of 2 year project management experience preferably in a clinical or data management area.
· Ability to direct project activities and ensure customer satisfaction whilst understanding and adhering to the study budget.
· Excellent written, time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organisational skills.
· Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
