Reporting to the Managing Director, the technical sales coordinator will be responsible for all general administration duties within the sales and marketing department, including lead generation with existing and new customers, contributing to marketing material and updating the customer management system.
Supported by in-house training, you will support the department by:
Providing administrative support such as diary management, issuing quotations and sending marketing material
Managing sales enquiries received via telephone, email and website
Perform outbound cold and warm calls
Maintaining and updating the sales order book and dispatch brochures
Identifying and qualifying prospective customers, arranging visits, quotations and follow ups
Identifying opportunities
Updating the website with the latest news, product information and other content
Developing and maintaining a long term relationship with existing and new customers
Maintaining CRM database to develop information about prospective customers
Liaising with management on quality issues to ensure appropriate procedures are put in place
Providing regular reports on what has been achieved, what is planned and any recommendations for the
To thrive within this role, the applicant will need to demonstrate a previous background in sales with excellent customer facing skills, the sales and marketing Assistant will of course also show good organisation and communication skills.
