Reporting to the Managing Director, the technical sales coordinator will be responsible for all general administration duties within the sales and marketing department, including lead generation with existing and new customers, contributing to marketing material and updating the customer management system.
Supported by in-house training, you will support the department by:
Providing administrative support such as diary management, issuing quotations and sending marketing material
Managing sales enquiries received via telephone, email and website
Perform outbound cold and warm calls
Maintaining and updating the sales order book and dispatch brochures
