We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Allocation Analyst to join our European Merchandising team based at our European Support Office in Erdington, Birmingham. About the role Responsible for managing the timely delivery and allocation of new and repeat stock to the European stores, you'll ensure that sales plans are achieved and stock utilisation is maximised, for current and new stores. About you With demonstrated administration experience gained from working in a fast-paced environment - ideally in a retail Buying or Merchandising department, you'll have excellent planning and organisation skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. As well as this, you'll be a results-orientated team player with excellent communication and Excel skills and consistent high levels of customer focus. Finally highly analytical and numerate, you'll be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths with a grade C or above. We are currently looking for enthusiastic first line Multilingual Customer Service Agents to join our Multilingual Service Desk team based at our European Support Office in Erdington, Birmingham. You would be required to be fluent in English and at least two of the following: Spanish, French and German. About the Role Day to day will predominantly involve supporting our retail stores across Europe helping our store colleagues to resolve queries and issues with their IT and EPOS till systems. It is important that all queries are logged, processed and resolved accurately and in accordance with our set service level agreement to ensure our stores are able to trade efficiently. About You The following skills and experience are essential for the role; we will train you to do the rest! Fluency in English, as well as two of the following: Spanish, French and German. Czech or Italian would also be desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Customer service experience. High level of self-initiative and accuracy. We are currently looking to appoint a Recruitment Specialist Europe to join the existing Resourcing Team on an interim basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This role will be based at our European Support Office, and will be for an anticipated duration of 6 to 9 months. About the Role Working as part of the Resourcing team Europe, based at Claire's European Support Office, Birmingham, this role will predominantly cover the recruitment of support roles (Head Office roles) across all functions across Europe. Oracle Financials Technical/Functional Analyst (In-house - Birmingham) About the Role The Oracle Applications Technical/Functional Analyst will contribute to the effectiveness of the Claire's Oracle Project team through designing and implementing solutions to meet business requirements for Claire's Europe. Key areas of responsibility include: Design and development of Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Workflow Customizations and Forms Personalizations.
