Intermediate Surveyor/Estimator
Established over 50 years ago, this regional contractor is currently looking for an Intermediate Level Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South Devon. Working on a variety of projects including Interiors, Shopfitting, Leisure, Retail, Office Fit Out, Joinery and Maintenance with values usually ranging between £250k to £1m.Duties include commercial aspects of contract administration including procurement of subcontract, cost and value reconciliation, applications for payment, variations to contracts, dealing with claims, producing cost reports, valuations and forecasts, and the preparation of final accounts, all within tight deadlines and budgets. Ideally you will have a degree or HND (or comparable qualification) in quantity surveying or estimating related subject as well as practical experience.
