Rapport Technical Recruitment is a family business bringing together over 80 years of experience in recruitment, customer service and financial management.
Our Recruitment Director, David Raper, always had an ambition to run his own show, having worked for many years in senior positions in the recruitment industry. He was concerned that the scattergun approach encouraged within recruitment firms, requiring staff to meet call and interview targets, deflected from his desire to provide a genuine, personal, committed and professional service to employer and candidate clients alike.
David teamed up with his Dad (Ian) and Brother (John) in March 2004 and formed Rapport Technical.
We achieved a first year turnover in excess of £½ million, successfully supplying design and site personnel to 26 companies. We continue to expand based on our clients' trust and unrivalled market knowledge. |
