Position Summary:
•To be part of the Service Administration / Contracts Team. Administrating and communicating with our customers to provide excellent after care service on our product portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:

Main role:
Relationship management, retention and strategic directional development of the Computer Games Software vendors, delivering on targeted gross profits per publisher. Identify and drive the strategic acquisition of new and commercially relevant product suppliers via continued and prolonged new business development utilising proven Industry contacts at Senior Level ¡V CEO/MD and Director level.
Deliver an annual and quarterly business planning process to all existing suppliers so as to facilitate concise communication and meet shared objectives.
Assess and deliver strategic financial optimisation of given vendor terms in place and report monthly.
Work closely with internal Sales teams to deliver product level success and financially sound decision making and planning.
Principle Accountabilities:
* XTo identify and deliver new vendor partners ¡V Distribution and third party Publishing.
* XTo achieve targeted overall profits (shared on a top-line sales basis with Suppliers)
* XTo create and manage budgets for all Games or Software and CE Labels
* XManage inventory levels in association with Purchasing team adhering to company budgets
* XTake a lead role in sourcing new product and product genre opportunities supported by MD
* XReview all supplier contracts on a quarterly basis and re-negotiate on expiry
* XDevelop and maintain close working relationships with Senior members of all Suppliers
* XDevelop suppliers understanding as to what tools and timelines that customers require us to work to in order to maximize the launch and continued success of a product
* XDevelop a clear stock life cycle management and campaign process with suppliers and report monthly on back catalogue sales and overstocks.
* XTo monitor market dynamics and trends and warn against potential future threats
* XManage and collate product assets, sales sheets and other required assets (SW & CE only)
* XTrade marketing plans and ROI reporting (SW & CE only)
* XTo share with sales manager and colleagues any information that is relevant/affects their area.
MUST come from the Computer/ Video Games industry.

Overview:
Responsible for contributing towards the delivery of an exceptional buying function within the fast moving multi format Entertainment category. Accurate product set up, maintenance and product purchasing of physical entertainment products including Computer Games hardware, software and accessories, Home Office software and DVD's. Responsible for new release and re order stock ordering and subsequent progression.
Contributing to delivery of set team stock targets, KPI's and availability levels. Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of inbound stock and returns processing. Experience/Qualification Overview:
Educated to A level equivalent and a purchasing or supply chain professional qualification (CIPS). A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a fast moving Purchasing or Supply Chain role.
Highly numerate and analytically minded with the ability to manage multiple work streams and adhere to strict deadlines. Effective and confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
Experienced user of product purchasing, forecasting systems and tools, MS Office/Access, email, SAP.
