Overall Job Purpose:

 Manage the PR procedure and report on activity

3. Collateral and Newsletter
 To assist in managing the production process (from the conception stage to final delivery) of promotional printed matter to the quantities required by the business, including:
• Corporate collateral (corporate profiles, brochures, fact/service sheets etc)
• Direct mailshots
• Case studies & testimonials
• Advertising copy
• Newsletters to customers and partners
• Agency liaison and management
• Co-ordination of internal team support
• To ensure that all collateral is distributed to regional offices and remote personnel as appropriate and that samples of all collateral material are held in an archive library.

4. Written Presence
 To ensure that company is properly presented in the written form, whether through our own workforce or through agencies or third parties. To include:
• Brand guideline adherence
• Implement uniformity for Outlook Signatures and templates
• Tender documents
• Services portfolio sales tool presentations and any other business presentations required
 To assist HR in ensuring that up-to-date corporate image, style and brand policies and guidelines are included in the corporate staff handbook and in the induction process.

5. Seminars and Events
 Support the production of seminars and events by creating any promotional material that may be required, eg. Collateral, website, invitations, presentation creation, Press activity and partner material.

6. Company’s Campaign Management
 To co-ordinate the running of all company’s services campaigns, giving careful consideration to timeframes, budget, response mechanisms and corporate branding. To include:
