This role is paying a basic £55,000 + 10% bonus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Professional Services Representative for Portfolio Management Product specific software systems and solutions at customer sites.
May serve as a member of a project team under direction of a project manager on large and enterprise level projects.
Delivers high quality system training to external or internal clients including services for advanced system functionality and business analysis capability.
• Applies extensive knowledge of the company, products, services and industry best practices while serving as a consultant to the customer.
• Develops functional requirement documentation.
• Conducts business process assessments and produces gap analysis reports that span all functional areas of the system software.
• Mentors other consultants
• Serves as a customer advocate while simultaneously representing the company to effectively address, mediate and escalate issues that are impacting the customer’s system implementation.

Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in company’s targeted industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry specific market segments, associated business rules, standard operating procedures and process best practices.
• Experience implementing software systems with medium to high complexity.
• Strong technical aptitude and work experience with technical applications and systems

We have an opening for a German speaking specialist on our Support team. The new team member will work directly with one of our global prmium clinets and will primarily support a European user bases.
Support Specialist Overview:
In this role you will provide dedicated Tier 2/3 application support to a global client using Intuit’s proprietary enterprise real estate management software, MRI.
Support requests can be of a technical or process related nature, but may be complex due to the high level of customization that is typically done.
You will be highly engaged in understanding the clients’ business processes and needs in order to help them maximize the value of their software investment.
Also, you will act as a client advocate. Dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience is a must.
Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business (accounting or international business preferred), computer science, or comparable work experience
* Demonstrated understanding of accounting fundamentals and terminology
* Demonstrated ability to work in a customer facing position and deliver exceptional results
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software, hardware, or accounting issues
