Progressive financial management experience is required.
BA/S or equivalent in accounting or finance is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in the international market is required either with the following international NGO/PSD/Remote Site field experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience and skill with budget preparation and analysis, financial reporting preparation and presentation and the proven ability to translate technical financial data into informative reports.
Strong accounting skills and experience, including management of the general ledger, journal entries, payroll, payables and balance sheet.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
Prior management experience and strong organisational skills.
Excellent oral and written English skills required.

My client is currently seeking to recruit CNC head sliding lathes setters / operators to work on permanent basis for a busy manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury.
The appropriate candidate would have previous experience in working to close tolerances, setting and operating CNC sliding head lathes machines.
Key requirements:
You must have previous engineering experience and be used to machining to fine tolerances.
Have experience of working on CNC lathes both setting and operating
Background in aerospace or medical sector of industry would be desirable.

My client provides global geoscientific data products and services to the oil and gas industry to assist with licensing rounds and the preparation of regional data programs and they require a Supplier QA & Manufacturing Project Engineer/ Manager to join an existing successful team to be based in outer London, close to the M25.
Outline
The Successful Candidate will assist in the delivering of fibre-optic based permanent reservoir monitoring (PRM) solutions to a global customer base.
The Role Will involve significant travel to manufacturing partners, with visits involving overnight stays, in UK and possible travel to overseas locations for week long trips each month
Primary Responsibilities:
*Management of array build (Quality plan adherence / review / audit throughout build)
*Defines and manages Quality Assurance programme for subsea system delivery
*Review and agrees technical based product quality data and test results
*Supports diagnosis of technical issues during build at manufacturing partners
*Supports manufacturing partner Final Acceptance Testing (FAT)
*Support to tendering activities on manufacturing & quality related areas
Experience required:
*Fiber optic system manufacture, involving WDM's, Couplers, Lasers, EDFA's, RF, detectors
*Ability to understand optical systems and engage with system manufacturer on quality assurance of technical aspects of the system level performance
*Experience of defining quality control criteria and supporting product testing, reviewing of suppliers QA data and agreeing acceptance of parts, assemblies & top level assemblies
*Project mgnt & reporting experience, agreeing status / outlook, reporting progress / issues
*Fluent in MS Project
*Extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality assurance.
*Must have an engineer background.
*Proven ability to interface with strategic manufacturing partners and manage long term relationships on day to day interaction
*Fluent in MS Office package.
Qualifications:
*BSc level degree in manufacturing, engineering or science subject or Equivalent.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
*New product introduction, including validation of parts & manufacturing process capability for those parts to specification, and a controlled ramp up of component / product release
*Experience of robust modern manufacturing tools such as:-
*Statistical process control (SPC), and doing mfg. process / piece parts capability studies
*Carrying out measurement system and error analysis (MSA), validating measurement capabilities of test & inspection equipment
*Manufacturing process robustness techniques such as FMEA, fail safing,
*Be comfortable with medium volume manufacture (i.e. 10,000 units per year alongside low volume manufacture of 10 off per year)
*Optical based sensor manufacture
*Marine telecoms mechanical hardware engineering (e.g. repeater housing design / assembly)
*Marine cable terminations and over moulding.
