My client is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead, manage, engage and motivate their busy team of BDM’s and Account Managers.
Your role will include:
• Development of the Sales strategy to support the business plan
• Development and management of the new business prospecting strategy and processes
• Acquisition and conversion of Major Clients turning them into valuable customers
• Retention and development of national accounts, with responsibility for the management and development of specified accounts
• Establishing relationships at a senior level within the major accounts
• Leading and line managing the team to ensure they meet their targets and full potential
• Maintaining and publishing the sales pipeline, highlighting and managing effort to ensure the business plan is achieved

My client is a market leader in the reprocessing of medical devices. They offer customised solutions to hospitals for the modernisation of their Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) plus specialise in decontamination / sterile services.
Due to their expansion they are now looking to recruit Sterile Services Technicians for our Sterile Services Unit in Maidstone, which offers decontamination/sterile services to a number of private hospitals in the region.
As a experienced Sterile Services Technician you should be able to demonstrate that you;
* want to be part of a successful and fun SSD unit team;
* are keen to learn and develop yourself;
* enjoy providing a first class service to all our customers;
* understand the importance of our industry and promote it;
* appreciate that hygiene, maintenance and cleanliness are tantamount to our success;
* have a flexible no-nonsense approach with a can-do attitude and the willingness to excel;
* have worked in either CSSD, TSSU, SSD or similar for a minimum of and preferably hold an NVQ 3 (or have a keen interest in achieving this) in decontamination or have a good level or work experience within the SSD environment;

My client is a market leader in the reprocessing of medical devices. This company offers customised solutions to hospitals for the modernisation of their Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). This involves supplying decontamination/sterile services to a number of private hospitals in the region. They are now looking to recruit an experienced manager for their Sterile Services Unit located in Stockport.
You should be able to demonstrate that you:
Manage a first class decontamination service and provide leadership, strategic direction and facilities management to the Decontamination Unit.
Manage, motivate, train and engage the unit’s workforce.
Ensure effective financial management and control including budgeting, costing and relevant reports.
Performance data analysis undertaken and communicated to all staff.
Set high personal and professional standards in line with company policy.
Maintain the Quality Assurance Accreditation programme.
Ensure that all Unit activities are in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and manage the team’s performance on an ongoing basis.
Assist in the induction of new staff and technicians.
Ensure that all equipment is operated safely and processes are documented.
If you have 3 years experience within a senior management role, have experience of running and driving forward a busy sterile services unit, thorough knowledge of the decontamination process with a sterile services environment, a flexible approach and ability to communicate at all levels. Ideally you will have a managerial qualification and experience and have completed decontamination course.
