My client is an extremely successful car dealership who is part of one of the largest retailers in the UK. At their dealership based North of Norwich, an exciting position has become available for a full time Front of House Receptionist to join the existing team.
Duties will include :
Answering all incoming calls to the main dealership, dealing with an array of customers, maintaining absolute professionalism at all times. Dealing with each individual enquiry to the highest of your ability, as company prides themselves on exceptional customer service. Meeting and greeting all incoming visitors, assisting with any information/ directions that they require. Undertaking an ad-hoc administration duties needed, updating in-house system, opening post, supporting other Managers when required. Maintaining reception and customer waiting area, serving refreshments, ensuring that all areas are professional and inviting at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate on all levels and have high personal standards of customer service. Previous reception / switchboard experience is an advantage, but must have customer service experience within a busy work environment. Must have superb presentation skills, have the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. The ablity to work within a team is key, as is being proactive in your response and take responsibility when required.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30, with free parking and superb offices, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

My client are looking for an experienced advertising sales executive with a proven track record to join this forward moving, fresh business based in Norwich City Centre.
You will come from a background of advertising sales with a high level of drive and self motivation.
Duties will centre around contacting businesses to generate advertising for a weekly published magazine. There will be a combination of new business generation and managing current accounts to generate repeat business.
There is a current database of leads for you to work from, as well as flexibility within the business for people with creativity, passion and ideas to be able to grow their own portfolio as they see fit - seeking out own leads to fit in with the magazines readership.
Basic salary circa £17K-£19K + bonus based directly on the revenue you generate. Earning potential completely uncapped approx £35000.
