The role:

The primary function of the funding consultant executive is to generate business for the brokerage.
The funding consultant will be responsible for meeting personal and team targets. The candidate must
be able to work under pressure and to set timescales. He or she must be able to work as a key

Key responsibilities:

• Lead generation, using our CRM tool (Saleslogix) to pro-actively market for new prospects
and suspects, identify and develop new brokerage opportunities and pass qualified leads to
the brokerage team.

Experience:

from a hands-on telesales background is preferable but not essential, as full training is given.

Typically the candidate would have some practical experience within a successful telemarketing
department. Previous roles could include hands-on cold and warm calling exposure. Whilst not
essential, experience within the business finance sector would be preferred.

Duties

Responsible for a caseload of approx 150 MIB files;
Provide specialised service for drivers injured by uninsured/untraced/foreign drivers;
Part of the role would be to continue to improve the firm's relationship with the MIB in order to deliver the best service to our clients;
Daily supervision of two paralegals;
Assist in allocation of claims within the team.
Key skills/Competencies
