The company are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to implement their BI solutions for their clients. The role combines elements of professional services and billable consulting as a senior consultant. You will become a key contact dealing with senior decision makers within the client and liaising and guiding the team of consultants. You will carry a 50% billable target so there is still a strong emphasis on 'hands on' consulting at client sites.
The right candidate for this role will have at least 5 years experience of IT consulting in a senior role. Ideally this will incorporate some BI software experience although this is not essential as the company provide a full months training in the US to bring you up to speed with the product. You should however have an understanding of the technology and how it improves business processes. You should also have some experience of setting the direction of other consultants in relation to the needs of the client.

My client is a major BI/CRM vendor based in the City. They have an established product that is widely recognised as an industry leader and they currently require a senior billable consultant to work with their professional services team. The role is challenging and you will be given demanding assignments in areas such as data mining engagements to enterprise wide e-business solutions implemented by cross functional teams.
You will be expected to provide billable consulting support such as product installation and implementation, enhancement, integration and audits.
