Responsibilities: Reporting into the Regional Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercial management of contracts within a designated account, whilst managing other Quantity Surveyors and maintaining contract profitability. Remuneration: -Up to £42,000 per annum -Company Car -Fuel Card -Pension & Medical -Laptop & Mobile Phone Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years experience in Quantity Surveying. - Contracting background preferred. -Experience within Building Maintenance / FM sector essential. -Understanding of NEC3 form of contract. -Previous use of Nation Schedule of Rates (NSR). -Flexibility to travel within the role is essential. -Educated to a high standard - Degree preferred. -A driving licence is essential.
