Skills/Experience * Must be able to carry out site surveys. * Must have initiative, self-motivation and the confidence to make decisions. * Must be able to perform design for all electrical services. * Ideally experienced on relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Relux, NES however training can be provided. * An awareness and understanding of the Practice Quality and Operational Procedures. * Must be able to undertake initial space planning exercise for plant rooms, primary services routes, etc. * Familiarity with budget costing methods. * Good verbal communicational skills for when required to, attend Client/Design Team briefings to establish project criteria.
