Due to starting a new design and build contract they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an existing team of Quantity Surveyors in the Surrey area.
You will be taking overall responsibility for the project, valued at £8.2 million.
About the Role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Surrey, near Croydon working on a design and build project, in the leisure sector (new build).
The project is worth in the region of £8.2million and uses the JCT 98 form of contract.
Our client has many similar projects in and around the same area, as part of their major works division, which takes on projects from between £2.5 million, and £25 million.
Skills and Synopsis:
This Project would suit a commercial aware Senior Quantity Surveyor with excellent QS skills who wants to work for one of the largest contractors on a range of projects in many sectors
You must have at least 6 years commercial experience with the past 3 in a senior position.
Having a contractor background is essential as you will also be representing the contractor's interests.
