Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor Job Ref: Vacancy #JA5000 Location: South London Sector: Water Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26 weeks plus Pay Rate: 200-280 p/d depending on suitability and experience Company & Project: My client is a civil engineering contractor, who is urgently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Project Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in South London. The ideal candidate will be very ambitious and motivated to progress further in their career. You will be part of a project in excess of 400 million which includes a lot of Repair and Maintenance works. The successful person will have previous experience in this type of environment. With work available until March 2015, this is an opportunity not to miss out on. Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility of scheduling responsive maintenance, strong communication and influencing skills. You will be confident dealing with subcontractors and building relationships with the team.
