A rare and unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer to work on landmark high-rise commercial buildings in London. Our client is working on several landmark construction schemes across the City and this is an excellent chance to work on some of the country's most prestigious large-scale projects from preconstruction through to completion. Our client is a leading main contractor with operations across the UK. Boasting an impressive portfolio of past and future projects, our client can offer the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious up and coming schemes across London. This role is to specifically work in the growing high-rise division.
The initial project will be to work on a fit out scheme of over 250,000 sq ft within a large commercial high rise in Central London, set to start in the next six months. Thereafter, projects will include both new build and fit-out elements of high-rise projects across London which may be valued at anything up to £300m each. The role will be based both in the nearby office and on site, leading the planning function to create a detailed master programme, monitoring and updating, progress reporting (weekly meetings), critical path analysis, work breakdown structures, etc.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- At least five years planning experience within the construction sector. - Previous experience of fit-out related schemes (the perfect candidate would have fit-out experience on high rise projects). - Site and office experience. - A relevant construction or engineering degree would be advantageous. - Proficient with Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 software. - A personable individual capable of working in large teams. - Ambitious and determined individual. - Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, our client will offer an excellent basis salary of between £45-60,000 per annum, pension, health, discretionary bonuses (not in contract) and other flexi benefits.

Due to continued success they require an experienced Planner to assist with Waste Water Treatment projects from their offices in Surrey.
The Role The successful candidate will be supporting the Project Manager on a variety of projects valued from £1m to £20m. You will be responsible for both the construction and design programmes and will be required to assist on tenders.
Essential Experience *Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 *Background working on multiple water projects *Cost reporting experience *Knowledge of Earned Value desirable *Designed programmes form conception through to completion

A Senior Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering/utilities background is required by our client to work on a range of water contracts on the AMP5 framework. The company cover both dirty and clean water projects and you will be expected to oversee a high number of contracts at any one time. You will need a wealth of maintenance experience within a civils/infrastructure contracting environment to be considered.
Requirements: - Civil Engineering sector - water, highways, utilities. - Main contractor background. - High volume or maintenance experience. - Water / AMP Framework experience is highly desirable. - Excellent Organisational skills to manage multiple projects/subcontractors. - Degree or HND in a Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering subject is required

A rare and unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer to work on landmark high-rise commercial buildings in London. Our client is working on several landmark construction schemes across the City and this is an excellent chance to work on some of the country's most prestigious large-scale projects from preconstruction through to completion. Our client is a leading main contractor with operations across the UK. Boasting an impressive portfolio of past and future projects, our client can offer the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious up and coming schemes across London. This role is to specifically work in the growing high-rise division.
The initial project will be to work on a fit out scheme of over 250,000 sq ft within a large commercial high rise in Central London, set to start in the next six months. Thereafter, projects will include both new build and fit-out elements of high-rise projects across London which may be valued at anything up to £300m each. The role will be based both in the nearby office and on site, leading the planning function to create a detailed master programme, monitoring and updating, progress reporting (weekly meetings), critical path analysis, work breakdown structures, etc.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- At least five years planning experience within the construction sector. - Previous experience of fit-out related schemes (the perfect candidate would have fit-out experience on high rise projects). - Site and office experience. - A relevant construction or engineering degree would be advantageous. - Proficient with Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 software. - A personable individual capable of working in large teams. - Ambitious and determined individual. - Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, our client will offer an excellent basis salary of between £45-60,000 per annum, pension, health, discretionary bonuses (not in contract) and other flexi benefits.
