We are currently looking for HVAC maintenance engineer for a very big Electrcial and Mechanical maintenance company. They have a opening and looking to bring someone in and train them accordingly. This is a good opportunity and there will be progress with in the role.
The Ideal candidate must be able to show the have a strong technical ability, and be very proactive and reliable.
You must have F gas and Electrical or Mechanical qualifications to a NVG level 3, HND or a City and Guilds level 3, if you are electrically biased you must show a 17Th addition to you other qualifications.
You will be maintenance the HVAC systems through out a couple commercial sites, you must have an in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, heating and small air conditioning systems. You will be carrying out routine maintenance, fault finding and PPM s to BMS systems, pumps motors, lighting systems, emergency lighting, Fire alarms, commercial heating systems, FCU s, AHU s, VAV s, VRV s, split units.
