A long established Facilities Management firm, who are maintaining FM Services for a large Blue Chip manufacturing company are looking to recruit a NEBOSH Diploma qualified Security, Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (SSHE) to provide support to multi site FM Functions (Soft Services)and provide direct advise to SSHE Team Leaders.
You will review, develop and implement policies for H&S aligned to their clients framework standards and show expertise in writing and implementing SSHE procedures, guidelines, processes and arrangements.
You must also possess a min of 3 years experience in SSHE business risk management and have strong commercial skills with excellent business acumen of industry best practice. You will also be skilled in handling insurance claims by lowering premiums and be able to identify budgetary areas where H&S will have an impact on cost reductions.
You will be educated to NEBOSH Diploma level with a minimum of Grad IOSH membership with a current knowledge of CDM and food hygiene legislation and preferably hold an SIA license but not essential. |
