A successful independent IT software company based in the Horsham area

The role:
A combination of marketing (approximately 70%) and sales (approximately 30%) although the job holder will not necessarily be required to be a hands on sales person, but instead will be required to oversee and monitor a small team of existing sales staff in order to obtain some structure within the department in order to grow it successfully, for example: holding regular meetings, analysing figures and trends, developing and putting into practice ideas with a view to increase new business sales etc.
The marketing aspect of the role will be more involved and will require the individual to work more independently on their own initiative although their will still be regular contact between departments. The organisation have significant marketing collateral. Main responsibilities will include running Google, Ad-words and Yahoo campaigns; PR work, preparing and being involved with exhibitions; creating relevant mailers on company products to e-shot to clients; putting together case studies etc.
