· Ensure all logistics and production aspects of our ISO14001
accreditation remain compliant.
· Ensure all logistics and production aspects of our FSC accreditation
remain compliant.
Departmental Representation:
· To represent the Logistics & Production departments at management
level.
· To ensure that production and logistics practicalities are well
communicate to other departments and taken into account by them whilst
making changes that could have an impact.
· To be a member of the management team (which deals with the
practicalities of running the group on a daily basis, whilst
implementing strategic changes required by the Board).
· Constantly be looking for ways in which we can improve efficiency &
service whilst reducing costs.
Position Requirements:
§ Ability to manage & motivate people.
§ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
§ Logistics management experience essential.
§ Production management experience essential.
§ Computer literate
