Are you an efficient and proactive sales administrator who is looking for a busy role within a manufacturing company in West London?
The purpose of this role will be to assist the Sales Managers in efficiently and effectively processing orders. Reporting into the Sales Director, your key duties will include managing and prioritising requests and proposals, answering customer queries, converting estimates to orders, handling paperwork, keeping contact information up to date, and liaising with the logistics department to confirm bookings and deliveries for customers. The Sales Support Administrator will also check technical drawing from surveyors and transfer this information on to the in-house system. You will report the daily sales figures in the morning meetings and daily send across a breakdown of the every day figures. Managing and maintaining the database, liaising with the IT department, and providing an all around excellent customer service will be key elements of this role.
The ideal candidate for this position will be proactive, confident and efficient. You will have an excellent knowledge of IT and in-house systems and an outstanding telephone manner. Previous telesales and administrative experience is essential. You must be able to take the initiative as well as provide excellent customer service.

This role will form part of a team providing industrial gas distribution services to a large customer base throughout the region.
