Skills/ Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Working in a multidisciplinary team responsible for fibre laser design as part of SPI's contract development activity.
Responsible for the development of both optical subsystems and components in conjunction with suppliers or subcontractors where appropriate.

Your role will include:
Managing the DMU by defining its overall structure and ensuring its compliance with in-house and customer requirements, and design best practices.
Ensuring DMU quality by conducting checks and reviews in order to define and validate conformance to customer and company specifications.
Ensuring DMU sharing and delivery by identifying with stakeholders the key milestones, delivery process and requirements.
