You will be contacting key decision makers in large blue chip companies to invite them along to the company’s events so the skills you will need are:
• Experience in outbound calling to key decision makers would be preffered although not essential as Training and Career Development will be given.

Telesales Executive – Immediate Start
From £15K DOE + comm (£45K Y1)
My client runs a very successful corporate events business and due to continued growth and expansion is now looking for 2 additional Telesales Executives to join the team based in Milton Keynes.
You will be contacting key decision makers in large blue chip companies to invite them along to the company’s events so the skills you will need are:
• Experience in outbound calling to key decision makers
• Excellent communications skills both over the phone and face to face (for onsite participation)
• Good PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Accurate data entry skills
You will be expected to make 100+ calls and send out 30 emails as a minimum per day along with updating the database accurately to ensure 8 to 10 bookings per week.
Leads are provided and the company use a database system that must be kept up to date at all times.
You will also participate in every event you work on and can expect to be onsite in London overnight at least once every 3 months
There are excellent progression prospects for successful candidates and a very generous commission scheme which is uncapped and therefore £45K OTE in year one is both realistic and achievable.

I have a requirement for Sales Executives based in either London or the Home Counties to work on a variety of projects.
Specialist Event verticals include: Finance, IT, Marketing and HR
The role involves contacting potential leads at Senior Director level from an existing database of Blue Chip Companies (FTSE 500 Listed Companies). We will provide ongoing training to enable you to understand and deliver our sales process effectively, by building on your existing knowledge of sales.

The company has positions available in both London and the Home Counties and there are clearly defined career paths for the successful candidate; high achievers will be fast tracked into senior roles.
Basic salary is negotiable dependant on experience and there are very generous and realistic on-target earnings – between £45 and £75K
However the company runs an uncapped commission scheme so these figures are there to be beaten!
Office hours are 9.a.m. - 5.30 p.m. and there will be some travel required to meet your clients at the events (approximately 3 - 4 occasions per year initially).
Therefore experience in presentation skills and account management abilities would be useful although not essential.
The company is currently expanding overseas with offices in New York and plan to expand into Europe within the next 18-24 months therefore the progression potential could also involve international relocation for the right person!
