Our St Albans based client is looking to recruit an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join their existing team.
This is an extremely varied role which includes a lot of Administration duties such as Invoicing, dealing with delivery notes and producing daily reports. You will also have to liaise a lot with the warehouse and drivers to make sure that deliveries go out on time.
The ideal candidate must have an excellent telephone manner as you will be required to speak to patients on a regular basis so you will ideally have a mature attitude also.
Previous patient contact is desirable but not essential. You must be highly accurate as you will be required to input vital information onto the system. You must also be very empathetic due to the nature of the business.

Our Harpenden based client are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their existing team.
You will be responsible for looking after the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control within the company.
The job role will include entering invoices and payments onto the system as well as regularly chasing debtors for payments. Other duties will include opening post, maintaining cash book and bank reconciliations.
This position would suit an experienced accounts person who has dealt with all aspects of accounts up to trial balance.
You must be confident with credit control and have an excellent telephone manner as well as being accurate, well organised, reliable and able to prioritise work accordingly.
A knowledge of Pegasus would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. However, a knowledge of Excel and Word is a must. |
