Job Title Technical Administrator
Salary/rate £10/hour

Job Number 107745271
Posted 06/02/2012 (13:05)
Agency/Employer Polytec Personnel Ltd
DescriptionRegister your CV Our client is looking for a competent and accurate administrator with strong initiative and diplomacy for a contract temp role. The role would be to start immediately and last for approximately 2-4 weeks, maximum until the end of March. Your task is a specific project and will involve getting a back-log of invoices for the supply of machine parts out to the client's customers before the end of the financial year. The difficulty is that there is a need first to identify where 'missing' printer machine parts supplied to customers have gone and if found, then raise and issue the invoice to the customer. For example, if a client ordered 5 parts and the engineer who fitted the parts only used 3, investigation is needed to locate the other 2 unused parts. The client is unable to invoice until they know what has happened to them and your role will be to locate them and then hopefully invoice for them. For this role you will need very strong administrative skills plus attention to detail. Experience in parts returns and documentation in a manufacturing business would be beneficial.
