We are seeking a person who has significant senior level experience in business development and proven success. You will have worked throughout your career in roles where you were responsible for growing the revenue of the businesses you were employed in and developing teams. Ideally you will have had exposure to both large corporates and SME's within one or more of the sectors and/or regions in which we operate. You will be seeking a role where you can guide and influence the leadership team of a company and also be involved in a hands on coaching capacity with operational staff. Remuneration will be discussed at interview and the commitment required from you will be capped at 3 days per month. They deliver the Work Choice Programme across the country and are looking for an experienced, passionate Employment Advisor to join their Worcester office to offer support and guidance to a caseload of service users in the Hereford and Worcester area. You will require the following skills and experience: • Relevant previous experience in working with clients on employment focused programmes who face disadvantages in relation to employment, inclusion and independence. • Knowledge and understanding of employment related issues. • Knowledge of employment law and disability legislation. • Able to use motivational interviewing techniques to help clients identify and understand their needs. • Ability to build rapport and trust. • Ability to develop knowledge and source client opportunities by proactively engaging within community networks and with employers. • Ability to manage, support and review a caseload to achieve targets for progression. This role is a full time permanent opportunity with a well respected charity. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role, business mileage will be paid. The role of Healthcare Research Associate will have two areas of responsibility - market research and candidate resourcing. In research, you will perform extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the Healthcare markets in the UK and complement the research work by your counterpart in the UAE. This will include analyzing and interpreting data into meaningful information that is then reported to management. On the resourcing side, you will support the Healthcare Consultants in the Dubai office by screening and interviewing medical professionals who are interested in working in the Middle East, uploading their details onto a database, and matching suitable candidates to vacancies as directed by the Healthcare Consultants. This is an excellent role if you are looking for a foot-in-the-door in another area that will utilize your healthcare qualifications/knowledge but will not require you to practice in the healthcare sector. We can be flexible around hours and salary and will take your requirements and circumstances into account when negotiating this with you. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, high attention to detail, be able to work autonomously, be customer focused and comfortable talking with high level healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a health care discipline, have some experience in conducting research assignments, and be highly competent in Microsoft programmes.
