You will have local labour market knowledge and be ready to think outside the box to place unemployed customers into work and training. You must demonstrate strong customer service focus and be passionate about helping people into work. This full-time permanent position is based in Hastings.
The salary on offer for this full-time permanent position is £20,000 to £23,000 with excellent remuneration package Interviews will be held ASAP.

Our client is looking for al Business Development Manager with potential strong bid writing skills. The overall purpose of the role is to assist the Business Development team in securing repeat, follow-on or new business by researching and writing winning bids specifically with Ministry of Justice contracts, i.e. OLASS, PBR and Community Payback.
This is a superb role with an exciting organisation within the Welfare to Work sector.
The successful applicant must have the following attributes and experience:
- Knowledge of Government contracting process
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice sector with some related work experience
- Self-motivated to work to deadlines
- Good computer literacy
- Exceptional written and spoken English
