A globally recognised Manufacturer requires an experienced Warehouse Operative to work at their newly developed site in Hatfield. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse environment and its systems. You will also be required to take a proactive role in the development of Warehouse initiatives in order to increase efficiency and improve the overall team dynamic.

You will be able to demonstrate relevant work experience from a Manufacturing Warehouse background with knowledge of SAP systems and an acute understanding of Health and Safety working practices and procedures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; receiving, unloading and booking in of materials to the Warehouse Management System and moving them into relevant storage locations, transport of materials to various departments as required and packaging and distribution of finished products to customers. As a proactive member of the team you will also be expected to take an active role in identifying quality and process improvement issues and aiding in the continuous improvement process. Liaising with other departments to ensure business requirements are being met and to ensure good housekeeping is being maintained. You should also have good IT skills including Word and Excel as you will be required to write, review and update Warehouse documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will also be required to actively promote safety awareness at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to develop a career within the manufacturing sector and become a key member of the Warehouse and Logistics team for an organisation that has recently broken in to the UK market. Added responsibilities will include participating in the installation of any new equipment and responsibility for the effective training of others in the use of Warehouse systems and procedures. Salary is expected to be around £20K - £22K with a very competitive benefits package including 8% Annual Bonus and an early Pay Review in April 09. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/ Project Engineer to supervise the installation and commissioning of a waste management plant into existing premises located in London.

The Mechanical Site Manager/ Project Engineer, reporting directly to the Engineering Director, will be charged with overseeing the installation of pipe work and tanks varying in size along with plant such as pumps and dryers etc. This would include managing sub contracted welders, mechanical/ electrical fitters and other manual labourers, ensuring work is completed to the high standards required, within the desired times scales and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate needs to have an understanding of CDM regulations along with experience as a site manager in the water, petrochemical, oil and gas, waste management, chemical production or similar process industry.

The successful candidate will receive a daily rate of between £200-300 per day for a project expected to last 6 months. For the right candidate the opportunity may arise to join the end employer's project team permanently to assist in the installation of future plants,

A Global leader in Power Generation require an Electrical Engineer with specialist Power experience. You will oversee operational assets on a number of Cogen sites around the UK, and advise on all Electrical matters, including Operation, Maintenance, Procedures and Legislative Compliance of Mechanical Plant and Equipment. An exciting and challenging role, this would suit someone who can operate with limited supervision, and communicate exceptionally well with a number of field based Engineers who will look to you for technical guidance.

You will be HNC (or Equivalent) qualified with a sound understanding of Maintenance Priniciples, relevant experience in a large Indusrtial Environment and be competent in the application of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements. Membership of a relevant professional body would be desirable but not essential. Reporting to the Lead Electrical Engineer you will be part of the Electrical Engineering Team based in Solihull but will spend around 2 days a week on various Combined Heat and Power (CHP) sites between Middlesborough and Southampton. You will assist in the management of the companies Electrical Assest in order to ensure that company benefits are maximised and delivered through improved processes. Liaising with Project Managers you will aid in the preperation and implementation of Maintenance, Projects and Outage Works including Technical Specifications, Product and Work breakdown structures and Routine and Predictive Maintenance to ensure the integrity, safety and Efficient Operation of the Company Portfolio.

Role based primarily in Solihull, with travel to Cogen sites around the UK. A base salary will be in the region of £35k-£40k dependent on skills and background. This will include a monthly car allowance, and there may also be an annual bonus and a favourable relocation package, along with an excellent pension scheme. The initial development of an offshore wind farm project, up to granting of consent, is carried out by our development team, the project is then handed over to the multi disciplined projects teams who are responsible for delivering the project to time, cost and quality. The development and projects team work very closely at all stages.
This vacancy is for Project Managers to cover the construction phase of this enormous Wind Farm Project, including tender preparations and contract negotiations.



Offshore wind projects are technically challenging in many areas and require significant engineering inputs at all stages: development, procurement, construction and commissioning. The role of the Project Manager during the development phase is to ensure the consented project will be able to be built safely and economically; during the construction phase it is to ensure that the construction is managed to meet health and safety, environment costs, programme and quality targets and meets the requirement of the Project Sponsor.

Working in the Offshore Project team you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including:

•Development of the procurement and construction strategies.
•Development of technical options for the project and incorporation of these into an environmental statement.
•Management of contracts for construction of Meteorological Data Collection Masts, then carrying out of geotechnical and geophysical Site Investigations.
•Management of feasibility and design studies.
•Development of technical specifications, assessment if tender and of contractor competence.
