Our client has won contracts to construct new prison buildings and are seeking an experienced construction Manager to manage the construction phase.
The projects will be of modular construction, using light steel frame, with steel cladding. You will be managing installation of modular buildings with additional responsibility for managing further specialist Sub Contractors from groundworks, through M&E services, alarm systems and roofing.
