Our Client, an IT company who are a leading independent in their field are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Professional who is technical but with a ‘sales’ side to their character.

Candidates should have previous experience in implementation or support of Enterprise Software along with business to business Sales or Account Management. You should have excellent customer service skills with experience of resolving issues. Experience of Java, SharePoint, Java J2EE development / XML based technologies would be ideal.

The role is to be responsible for the logging, investigation and resolution of 1st and 2nd line issues received by the Service Delivery Department for Enterprise product sets. In addition to liaise with vendor support teams to escalate and progress 2nd and 3rd line support issues

There are excellent long term career path to a Consultancy role for the right candidate.

A basic salary of £25K is on offer with an uncapped bonus structure of around £5K.

Our client is a short walk from Godalming station and there is free onsite parking.

There is also some flexibility in hours, either 8.00am – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 6.00pm and a good benefits package including contributory pension after one year’s service, 21 days/annum holiday (rising to 23 after one year’s service) and Life Assurance.

YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING:

• Experience in a Telesales Team Leader/Team Manager role
• Experience in Business to Business Telesales
• Background of monitoring KPI’s
• Motivation and coaching skills
• Good knowledge of Word, Outlook and CRM systems

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Financial sales background – but this is not essential.

ROLE INFORMATION:

• To supervise, mentor and motivate an internal telesales department whilst also participating in the department’s sales
• To call prospective clients within the Sole Trader sector
• Sell the benefits of their flagship financial product
• To send out registration documents and encourage their return
• Make follow up calls
