Our Client, an IT company who are a leading independent in their field are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Professional who is technical but with a sales side to their character.
Candidates should have previous experience in implementation or support of Enterprise Software along with business to business Sales or Account Management. You should have excellent customer service skills with experience of resolving issues. Experience of Java, SharePoint, Java J2EE development / XML based technologies would be ideal.
The role is to be responsible for the logging, investigation and resolution of 1st and 2nd line issues received by the Service Delivery Department for Enterprise product sets. In addition to liaise with vendor support teams to escalate and progress 2nd and 3rd line support issues
There are excellent long term career path to a Consultancy role for the right candidate.
A basic salary of £25K is on offer with an uncapped bonus structure of around £5K.

Financial sales background but this is not essential.
