The Role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting a busy team and develop a range of experiential campaigns for key clients.
Reporting to the Account Director you will work across field marketing and experiential projects from brief through to completion
Management of location selection, scheduling, booking events and securing contracts
Assist in the development of new business for the agency including potential pitching
Deliver projects on time and budget and to the highest standards.
On occasion you will be required to work some weekends and attend events.
Control of costs within agreed budgets, constantly striving to improve effectiveness
The Candidate
You will have prior experience working within an integrated agency at Senior Account Executive / Account Manager level. Experiential / events experience is a distinct advantage.
Full Clean UK driving licence and own car
Confident and personable
Happy to travel alone and able to work some weekends time in lieu will be given
Strong, administrative and co-ordination skills
Package:
For a Kent based role, our client is offering all the benefits of London.. without the commute! A basic salary of up to £32,000 is on offer plus package.

The Company
Located in Kent, our client is a leading supplier of insurance and financial service products. They provide a range of specialist services to their customers including travel, health, home and car insurance.
Due to an internal promotion they are recruiting for an experienced Product and Marketing Manager to join the business.
The Role
The Product and Marketing Manager will have a number of responsibilities geared to ensuring the continued success of the range of products offered by the business. These include;
Create and Manage effective channel specific marketing efforts to achieve business targets
Develop and manage product development plans for current product ranges.
Manage the delivery of new product launches. This customer research.
Develop various channel marketing plans including Direct Mail, Online/e-mail, P2P, Call Centre leads, Cross Sales, Affiliates and partnerships.
Manage marketing budgets.
Manage the relationship with external and internal agencies and suppliers.
Create effective customer retention strategies.
Ensure all activities are in line with relevant regulatory authorities such as FSA, OFT & Consumer Credit Act.
The Candidate
Are you an experienced marketing manager with experience in financial services or specifically insurance? Have you a track record of successfully launching and marketing financial and insurance products? Are you looking for a new, challenging opportunity in an award winning company?
Ideally you will have worked in the financial/insurance market in a consumer environment.
You will have a track record of delivering effective and profitable marketing campaigns.
Your experience within financial services will have exposed you to regulatory bodies such as the FSA and you will have a good understanding of compliance and requirements.
