They require experienced conference sponsorship sales professionals to maximise commercial partnerships and sponsorship revenue on all events.
Successful candidates will possess positive outlook, hunger for uncapped commission, thirst for knowledge, and a desire to get stuck in. The client base will include major multinational corporations and dynamic technology solution providers.
This role will require you to engage decision-makers at a senior level and deliver consultative-based sponsorship solutions. You will close contracts by creating tailor-made packages for both first time sponsors and existing clients.
You'll need to be passionate about the product, extremely hard working with excellent time management skills and confident at articulating solution-orientated concepts under time pressured conditions. Job Purpose
To invite and drive through the sales process of selling delegate places for a wide range of conferences and training courses and to achieve pre-determined revenue and profit targets whilst ensuring strong relationships are built with new and existing customers. It is important you are competent in all aspects of the conference sales process including urgency, sales pitch creation, qualifying the right prospects, time management, handling objections, reaching decision makers, conducting sales briefs and understanding the key elements in closing the sale.
