This prestigious not-for-profit organisation is looking to recruit a driven individual with line management and customer service experience to help promote compliance to quality assurance policies and assist with the operation of the Organisation’s disciplinary code.
This role is a 9-month fixed-term contract maternity cover.
The role:
• To support, guide and appraise members of the Compliance team to ensure all criteria for external verification are met
• To oversee the external verification process ensuring reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner
• To investigate potential disciplinary cases and ensure existing cases are processed within set timeframes
• To liaise with management and legal advisors where appropriate
• To draft and distribute a monthly newsletter
• To assist with the preparation of reports
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
• Educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent with NVQ’s and vocational qualifications
• Knowledge of Awarding Bodies and qualification regulatory bodies
• Demonstrable line management experience
• Solid administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
• Must have appraisal and report writing skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Must be willing to travel
Salary and benefits:
• Salary: c£28,680pa pro rata depending on experience
• Hours: 35 per week
