Description
Beechwood Recruitment Limited has been operating successfully for over 25 years and specialises in Engineering and Technical Recruitment spanning all industry areas and positions from Trainee Engineers up to Senior Level Managers and Directors. We have placed thousands of people all over the world and you too can benefit from our service.

POTENTIAL CANDIDATES
There are many advantages of being a Beechwood candidate:

Prospective employers have to pay 15 - 30 percent of your annual salary to the agency who introduces you. Do you think they like paying this?! Just think how much they have to spend if they need to fill a number of senior level positions! Beechwood candidates do not cost an employer any fees as they have already paid a subscription, which allows them to recruit a limitless number of people from us.

We attract so many vacancies from companies large and small, in the UK and overseas, that we are sure to be able to offer you an extensive choice of career openings. We will consider your details against all relevant positions, so even if you are not initially successful your details will remain active on our files until you find a new position or decide to stop looking.

All you need to do is send us a copy of your CV along with a covering note outlining your geographical preferences and salary expectations. You only need to send us one copy, no matter how many vacancies interest you. Furthermore, there are no time wasting agency interviews to endure. We will judge your suitability for vacancies based on the details in your CV, which we will submit confidentially to our clients.

POTENTIAL CLIENTS

We aim to offer our clients the opportunity to recruit professionals in the most cost-effective manner possible. We work very differently from most recruitment agencies and this is exactly what makes our service such outstanding value for money.

We operate a subscription fee register service. The subscription is a "one off" fee which is dependent on the length of time and type of vacancies required and allows you to recruit unlimited numbers of staff without paying any placement fees .

Our service includes a detailed search and selection of relevant candidates from our extensive candidate database, your vacancies are regularly featured in our on-going advertising campaigns in a wide range of Professional Institute journals and national newspapers and in addition we continuously advertise on major and niche job web boards and screen you from all irrelevant response submitting only CVs that really match your requirements.

Often a single expensive advertisement in the national press produces insufficient quality response. How can you be sure that the special candidate you are looking for happens to be reading that one advertisement on that specific day? Beechwood advertises continuously, ensuring a flow of good candidate CVs daily.

We provide full support all the way along the selection route. We will write advertising copy, assist with interview arrangements and provide any further information you need regarding candidates. If you prefer you can contact Beechwood candidates directly as all contact details are given, which allows you to speak directly with applicants.
