A specialist new division within an established and successful call centre in Didsbury require confident, outgoing and resilient people for a business to consumer (B2C) telesales role. This telesales position involves cold calling customers to change their energy provider based on their monthly/annual spend.
Previous experience of telesales is essential. The role will require a large amount of maths including mental arithmetic so a good understanding of this subject is also essential.
