They are currently recruiting a Resourcer for their London office. This role will give the successful individual a chance to get involved in a fast paced, challenging corporate environment
As a Resourcer you will be responsible to develop and deliver agreed recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. A key component of this role is to design innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place in a cost effective manner.
The Resourcer is also responsible for coaching and leading direct reports and providing support and information as requested by the Client Services Manager. This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual.
Experience
• Deep knowledge in at least one market sector
• Worked with, and presenting to and solved issues for senior clients and candidates (e.g., Resourcing Managers, Client Managers)
• Experience of developing and delivering end to end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
• Experience of face to face interviewing including competency based interviewing
• Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
• Experienced at producing business orientated management information
• Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)
• Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
• Experience managing a team or specific client to achieve set targets
