Our client, a global leader within their field, are looking to recruit an experienced service delivery manager to manage and support a team of building technologies engineers
The Role
Working independently, as and where required, you will be covering the South East of England, from Norwich to Bournemouth, including London South.
You will have experience of fire systems and / or security systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, networks or fire alarm systems and of the relevant industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities will be varied but will include:
• Production of call out rota, as and when required, processing timesheets, expenses, works records and tick sheets for all team members
• Vehicle, equipment and process audits, inspecting and documenting van stock, equipment, PPE & calibration certificates
• Spot checks of engineer’s work and site audits, either while engineers are on site or after completion of a fault call/service visit
• Support all internal teams and following up client escalations, ensuring high levels of service and quality
The Person
A self motivated man-manager with excellent analytical skills, you will be experienced in supporting the delivery of a wide spectrum of building services, automation and security systems.
You will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task effectively. You will be financially and commercially aware and possess strong PC/Microsoft Office skills.
Your knowledge of fire, security, CCTV, access control or fire alarm systems will be the backbone of your success.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of trouble shooting, repairing and servicing a wide variety of fire detection and prevention technologies.
