Our client is a specialist energy and building management business who carry out new installations & Projects, Maintenance and energy management services. Due to expansion this business wish to appoint a Technical Consultant. This role is a key role, providing support to the sales function specifically for London & South East. The successful candidate must have a minimum 10 years HVAC/ BEMS experience, delivering energy surveys and audits to the industry, and providing external client consultancy services to end user clients, contractors and FM's. For this role it would also be necessary to have a very high level of Hardware and Software experience with product course certifications for integration products and protocol exchange software such as Modbus, BACnet and RS485. Additional BEMS Product knowledge and certifications such as Honeywell, Cylon & Siemens would be desirable
I am urgently seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist in Motherwell, due to start as soon as possible, to run for 6 months. This is a full time role, and you must be completely fluent in German and English, as you will be a main point of contact for clients in Germany. The Customer Care Account Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing the relationships with German customers on a day to day basis over the phone, and handling them in an appropriate and timely manner. Your duties with include: -Take responsibility for a dedicated number of customers within the channel. -To direct any requests and issues to the designated internal resources. -To respond promptly to customer inquires and requests over the phone email and fax. -Taking ownership of calls so that the customer receives a high level of service at all times -To handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. -To communicate and coordinate with internal departments. -To be proactive and follow up customer orders. -To record details of actions taken -To escalate issues to the team leader or management level on time. -To be able to take on team leader roles so that you can support customer care team roles when required/requested. Skills Required for the role: -Experience with SAP -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel. -Interpersonal skills -You need strong communication skills both verbal and written -Strong listening skills -Customer Focused, with a strong customer service background -Attention to detail and accuracy -Self motivated and proactive Experience and Education: -Must have O/A levels, general education degree or equivalent -Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practises -Fluent in English and German -Six Sigma Green Belt The hours of work could be flexible, but will be around 7:30 - 4pm Monday to Friday. Our client one of the largest Independent Trend Technology Centre in the UK is recruiting for a Senior Commissioning Engineer currently. This is a highly challenging but exciting new position, that would require travel in the UK and possibility overseas. You would be responsible for commissioning and handing over BMS projects of varying sizes and types and carry out and document all tasks associated with pre commissioning/ commissioning of a building management system. It is essential that the successful applicant has previous commissioning experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years. And be fluent with 1 or more building management system ( for example: Trend, Siemens, Cylon, or Satchwell -) enabling the writing and commissioning of controller /network software and graphics. You would also be expected to have strong integration experience with experience in Modbus & BACnet

Our client is a Energy and Building Management System specialist, who carry out Installations, Projects and maintenance aswell as Energy management services. This client is recruiting for a Senior Support Engineer whose primary responsibility would be for maintaining Building Management of varying sizes. The successful candidate would also be expected to have a strong understanding of HVAC and controls and have strong interpersonal skills to ensure the customer/end user receives a quality service. Other duties would include:- Project engineering tasks, planned and reactive and corrective tasks and total responsibility for ensuring all engineers reports, quotes and timesheets are completed. Please note:- engineer would be expected to work partly as a mobile engineer and the remainder of the week provide support to a site in the South London area.
