Key Accountabilities: ·You will need to grow the sales of humidification, evaporative cooling, and controls products and solutions, drive new business development and contribute to the ambitious growth plan. ·Responsible for technically promoting and selling our products and systems to Consultants and Contractors. ·An understanding of carbon and energy reduction needs and where that sits within the sales cycle. ·Willingness to undertake regular comprehensive product training as well as personal development training. ·You will be field based therefore a large part of the role will be out visiting existing and potential clients. Personal Profile: ·The ideal candidates should have extensive experience of operating within the HVAC market. ·Proven track record of B2B sales and working with consultants to develop a project design. ·Capable of creative problem solving ·Ideally hold a relevant technical qualification, NC qualified would be an advantage ·Knowledge of humidification, ventilation, cooling, and controls solutions would be a distinct advantage. ·Dynamic and extremely driven to achieve. ·Full understanding of the sales process and professionally trained. ·An excellent communicator with proven networking skills. ·Experience of CRM, record keeping, & report writing very beneficial ·Hold a full driving licence. ·Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative whilst understanding how to work within a team environment. ·A willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ and realise that this is more than a 9 to 5 job.
